Terms & Conditions Data Collection We collect the following data: 1. Personal Information: Name, contact details (email, phone number), and other personal details required for bookings or registrations. 2. Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through third-party gateways. Payments for the term or month and packages are due before the 1st lesson and have to be paid by only transfers(charges may be applied). Payments for single classes and court bookings cab be paid online. New junior students will be scheduled for a test by the coach to evaluate the level. Junior group lessons will be charged per term or monthly. Private and semi private lessons will be charged by lesson or package of 8. Packages should not exceed a period of 2 month otherwise it will be considered completely. Morning and adult programs will be charged per month. Aminimum of 3 players per group needs to be confirmed otherwise private or semi private rates will apply (no excuses are allowed ). 3. Usage Data: Data related to your interaction with our website, booking system, and app. 4. Class and Package Preferences: Information about classes, packages, or events booked. General 1- Coaching will continue during public and eid holidays unless notified by ETA. 2- Proper tennis outfit is required and only players with tennis shoes will be accepted on court. 3- Respect toward other members, parents and coaches are mandatory. Language , racket abuse or any improper behaviour will not be tolerated. 4- ETA is not responsible for the insurance/expenses for court booking /rental due of some accident. 5- ETA is not responsible for the insurance/expense inside what is happening in the class. How We Use Your Data Your data is used for: 1. Service Management: Processing bookings for courts, classes, and events. Managing class packages and personalized schedules. 2. Notifications and Communication: Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and important updates. 3. Marketing and Promotions: Providing offers, discounts, and information about new services or events. 4. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to UAE laws and academy regulations. Classes, Packages, and Events 1. Class Offerings: Emirates Tennis Academy provides classes for all levels, including private and group coaching. Details about available classes are updated on the website and app. 2. Packages: Users can purchase packages for multiple classes at discounted rates. Terms of each package will be provided at the time of booking. In junior group lessons players attending once a week are entitled to one makeup class per term. For players attending 2 or 3 classes a week, two make up classes will be permitted. In private or semi private packages two cancellation will be permitted by set of 8. A player has to reschedule from the app atleast 3 hours in advance if he/she wishes to cancel otherwise lesson will be charged in full. All lessons will be credited for bad weather or if cancelled by ETA coach. 3. Events: The academy hosts events and tournaments, which can be booked through the website or app. Specific terms and conditions apply to event bookings Court Booking Regulations 1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made via the website or Alo Tennis booking system. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Players can book the court at any of our location and fees should be paid at least 3 hours in advance to ensure your booking. Please check the app for information about fees, location and timings . Players can also purchase a package of 10 hours valid for 2 months maximum. Only two of four players are allowed per court booked. Any additional player will be charged 15AED extra. A player who is late for his booking doesnt get any additional time. A player who wishes to cancel a booking needs to update or reschedule in the APP at least 3 hours in advance otherwise fee is due. 2. Payment: Full payment is required to confirm bookings. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and digital wallets. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Refunds for packages are subject to the terms outlined for each package. 4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Courts will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund. Disclaimers 1. Injuries: Emirates Tennis Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained on academy premises or during classes and events. Participation is at the user's own risk. 2. Lost or Stolen Items: The academy is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your items secure at all times. 3. Court Conditions: Users are expected to inspect the court and facilities before use. The academy is not responsible for accidents caused by misuse of the courts or equipment. ETA is not liable for any inconvenience or disruption caused by court conditions , including but not limites to unclean surfaces , damaged nets, or other maintainance related issues. Security Measures Payment and personal data are encrypted and stored securely. We comply with UAE data protection regulations and implement industry-standard security protocols. User Rights 1. Access and Updates: Users can request access to or updates of their personal data by contacting the academy directly. Additionally, you can log out of your account at any time through the app or website if you wish to discontinue access to our services. 2. Marketing Preferences: You can opt-out of promotional messages by clicking 'unsubscribe' in emails or contacting the academy. Changes to Policies Emirates Tennis Academy reserves the right to amend these policies. Updates will be posted on the website, and users will be notified where appropriate. Account Deletion Users have full control over their data and can delete their accounts at any time. To delete your account, go to: Menu > Legal > Delete Account Upon account deletion: All personal data (e.g., name, phone number, gender) is permanently removed from our servers. Historical booking records and activity logs are anonymized and retained solely for analytical purposes to improve our services. If you wish to delete all residual data, you can contact our support team.
